Storm Tree Damage at Dividend Pond in Rocky Hill
We found an interesting situation on the upper pond trail in Rocky Hill. It may not look like much in the picture but there were actually one 18 inch diameter leader and a whole tree suspended in another tree over the trail at about 65 feet up. This was a very hazardous situation.
It was nice to be able to get our truck to the work to help make it safer for us. We caution taped off and closed both directions to and from us about 300 feet away.
When we were done we cleaned up the road/trail and went back home safe and sound. This was on the eve of Christmas Eve.
