A little cedar tree had sprouted up under an ornamental japanese maple tree in our customers yard. Having become attached to the tree over the last couple years they wanted to try and keep it. Since the ground wasn’t frozen we were able to move it in February. They plan to trim it on a yearly basis in order to keep it small enough to decorate around Christmas time.
We have an excavator and can dig out just about any stump you need gone. Storm blown trees are no problem. Here is a pic of a job where we dug out hundreds of stumps. This is just one of many. The hole was bigger than the machine.
Here it is folks! Already active and feeding. With such an early spring insects are early this year. This is no maggot, we pulled it out of a dieing ash tree we were removing in town. It is the dreaded Emerald Ash Borer! We have a whole section on our website about this invasive species…
