Dead tree branches with snow

Branch with snow

Happy new years!  Just the other day at a clients home we noticed a dead branch lying in the snow which sparked the idea to write this brief article.

As we all know, snow accumulates on branches; this adds a considerable amount of weight which can cause breakage.  Live branches are not even immune to failure.  Although not having leaves helps to minimize the likelihood of this it however still remains possible. At very high risk are dead limbs which when loaded down with snow are very prone to breakage.

Being proactive about removing dead branches before they break can help to minimize the risk of property damage, personal injury and even death.

We have equipment capable of accessing properties even when there is two feet of snow on the ground!  Thanks for reading, stay warm.
