When tragedy strikes and your home and life are at stake from a tree, who you gonna call?  LaPila Arborists!

After uncommonly high winds the past couple of weeks a tree that was in a wooded parcel of land next to a homeowner’s home blew over and landed on their roof.  This was not a small sappling.  We are talking about a 75 foot tree nearly three feet in diameter that was laying across the house and hanging over the other side.

See these huge tree limbs over the roof? Some are resting on it. These had to all be carefully cut away and removed a little at a time piece by piece.
We used heavy duty ropes and pulleys to carefully lower large pieces of wood over and away from the house.

When faced with this type of challenge we use our experience and training to develop a plan to remove it safely.  This also requires special equipment which we have.  You do not want an inexperienced company attempting to do this.  We were able to remove the tree without so much as an additional scratch to the home.

Just look at the size of that log! Those logs were extremely heavy.
The tree has been safely removed with no additional damage to the home. The homeowner can now sleep in piece at night without worrying about her home collapsing.
