Large trees require special care.  They are not small ornamental trees that merely shed a few small twigs on the lawn.

We are talking about branches that are six to even sixteen inches in diameter weighing hundreds of pounds and hanging over you and your kid’s heads when outside in the yard.    This is not a job which should be left to a tree removal guy who just cuts down trees and says they can also eliminate these hazardous branches for you.

Only a licensed arborist has the knowledge, training and experience to complete this type of work safely without causing further damage to your tree.  Companies contracting to complete this type of work while in the state of Connecticut must be a registered arborist business under CT state statues.
